Dear Valued Patients,
We will continue to offer online services as long as your insurance continues to cover telehealth visits. In Massachusetts most insurance companies have extended coverage through at least the end of 2021. There are some plans, however, that have discontinued telehealth coverage and some plans have reverted back to pre-COVID rules for telehealth. It’s extremely important that you contact your insurer to ask about continued coverage for telehealth visits before you schedule further appointments of this type. If you see a practitioner through telehealth and your insurance denies coverage for the claim, you will be responsible for payment.
We conduct telehealth visits or videoconferences using the HIPAA compliant program, Doxy.me.

Tips for all patients:
